Siberian Taj is more than just a cattery – it's a passion project. Our journey began with a deep admiration for the Siberian cat’s personality, intelligence, and hypoallergenic qualities. After years of research and preparation, we began working with reputable breeders and bloodlines, and from there, our small family of Siberians began to grow.

We focus on quality over quantity. Our kittens are raised underfoot, surrounded by everyday life, children, and affection, so they leave us confident, well-socialized, and ready to become beloved family members.

3-3-3 Rule

We completely understand that families want to meet a kitten before submitting a deposit, bringing a new baby into your home is a big decision ❤️

However, as a small, home-based cattery, all of our kittens are raised inside our home alongside young children. They receive daily human interaction, socialization, and exposure to normal household life from the very beginning. This helps them grow into confident, well-adjusted companions.

That said, it’s important to understand that not every kitten is immediately open to strangers. Just like people, some kittens are naturally more reserved and take a little time to build trust with someone new. A shy reaction during a first meeting does not define their true personality.

There is a very common guideline called the 3-3-3 rule:

• 3 days to decompress

• 3 weeks to start learning your routine

• 3 months to fully feel at home

When you bring a new kitty into your home, patience is key. Give them time to settle in, explore at their own pace, and build trust. Once they feel safe, their true personality shines.

Our deposit policy also helps us maintain a calm, safe environment for our kittens. We do not overcrowd our home with visitors, and we prioritize the health and well being of every kitten.
